As we all know the Bahamas were recently devastated by Hurricane Dorian. Whether we’ve seen it for ourselves or know someone who has, the Bahamas are special. Those adorable swimming pigs, relaxing tropical breezes, colorful buildings, their beautiful artistic expression through dance, music and art, the crystal clear waters and beaches of white-pink sand all provide the world with a place where we can escape and get away from the fast paced everyday rigmarole. But what makes the Bahamas next level special is the Bahamian Hospitality. Their always smiling faces, easy-going perspectives, humble mind sets, and warm and friendly manner make the Bahamas truly remarkable. So let’s show them how much we value and sympathize with them. Let’s put forth our own token of appreciation by donating toward the movement of rebuilding the Bahamas.
Stuart Sailfish Club Foundation has been working diligently to bring immediate relief supplies to the people of the Bahamas. Captain Patrick Price of DayMaker Charters and Stuart Sailfish Club have organized countless trips to the islands to drop supplies via airplane & UH60 Blackhawk Helicopter. Already, a great variety of much needed supplies have been delivered. Your donations will go to funding more requested supplies for rebuilding and to getting those supplies over to the Bahamas.
Conchy Joe’s Restaurants, Inc. (Conchy Joe’s Seafood, The Dolphin Bar & Shrimp House, and Your Pie Stuart) will inaugurate our Fundraising page with an opening donation of $10,000. We invite you to donate to this great movement too. Our team will match all donations up to the next $10,000, for a goal of $30,000.

100% of proceeds will be donated directly to Stuart Sailfish Club HURRICANE DORIAN BAHAMIAN RELIEF FUND. The Fund has been established to exclusively serve Bahamian relief efforts. Specifically, West End, Grand Cay, Treasure Cay, Marsh Harbour, and Sandy Cay have received deliveries.

The Bahamas in Relation to Conchy Joe's Inc.
The founder, the late Father of the present owner of Conchy Joe’s Inc., was an avid sailor and loved to sail to the Bahamas regularly. In the midst of his many sails, Fred Ayres found the inspiration for his very first restaurant exploit. In 1979, Conchy Joe’s was founded, a Bahamian themed seafood restaurant.
“We were [too busy] sailing across the Gulf Stream, enjoying the beautiful waters of the Bahamas, washing down seafood treats with rum and dancing to reggae to think of anything other than how wonderful it all was.
