2nd Grade Classroom Library

I am teaching second grade for the second time at a South African school.  As you know, having opportunities to read daily really does change the outlook on a child's life and future. It is my aim that while my students may struggle academically that they have a love for reading by the time the school year is over. It is halfway   through the school year (we end in December) and they LOVE LOVE LOVE to read and to be read to. They are reading books faster than I can buy them...we are reading 3-4 a day. 
Like most South African schools, my classroom lacks a varied library. And as a teacher who loves books, I can surely spend hours choosing them but with limited funds it is VERY difficult. 
I believe all students, not just those who struggle with reading and English deserve to have the opportunity to choose ANY future they want and I hope that by giving them daily access to interesting and beautiful books that this will help them.

So what am I asking? I need, really I do need, your help in giving my students a chance to increase their vocabulary and reading ability so that when they go on they will be the confident children we all aspire to see in the world. My aim is to fill this shelf with books at their reading level. I would love to do leveled reading books. But just books at their level is what I am striving for now.

All funds donated will not be used in ANY other way. I want readers in my class...both books and children. <3
