Pantry Stocking Mission 2022

As Citizens 4 Humanity, we believe in spreading kindness and supporting our community. We believe that all children and families in general deserve to be well fed. The Pantry Stocking Program is one that is close to our hearts and values. This program was created in response to teachers hearing the cry of their students. Teachers were heartbroken to hear their students were coming to class Monday morning hungry, reporting that they had not eaten over the weekend. Sadly, hundreds of school children throughout the East End have been identified by our local School Districts as being in need of food over the weekends. Through the Pantry Program, our focus is to help feed single mom families who seem to struggle the most.  We also provide healthy prepared meals to families in crisis, homebound seniors and the homeless. Our main focus is to help make improvements in their health and thereby the ability to focus and do their work.

 

We as Citizens 4 Humanity want to empower the younger generation through our passion for food. Donate to help provide one week of pantry stocking to single mom families and help us feed our neighbors in need. Chef Marco Barrila of Insatiable Eats will match all donations by providing prepared meals that are ready to eat or ready to freeze.
