<div>Hola mi nombre es Juan Carlos tengo 49 años, y soy paciente oncológico de cancer de esófago grado 3 en remisión, debido a mi enfermedad tuve tres cirugías para retirar el esofágo el cual estaba dañado, cirugías muy invasivas y complicadas las cuales me dejaron con muchas secuelas, una de ellas la perdida parcial de mi voz (disfonía), esto sucedió por que en alguna de las cirugías me lesionaron el nervio laríngeo lo cual ocasiono la paralísis de mi cuerda vocal izquierda, y esto hace que no pueda hablar normalmente, es deci, mi voz se escucha como susurro o aereada, aparte de vivir con las otras sécuelas como una esofágostomia (no tengo esófago), lo cual hace que tenga que alimentarme por una sonda de gastrostomia directa a mi estomago, es decir no puedo comer nada por la boca. Por lo cual necesito una cirugía de prótesis de cuerda vocal (Tiroplastia tipo I), para poder volver a hablar normalmente y asi poder tener una mejor calidad de vida ya que actualmente no he podido conseguir empleo por esta deficiencia que me imposibilita.
