Cinthya's Emergency Fund

Hello everyone! 
Our dearest friend Cinthya Zapata had a life-threatening fall the night of her birthday (November 16) that fractured her skull and caused significant bleeding in the frontal lobe of her brain. This was a fluke accident that could have happened to anyone. She underwent two brain surgeries in a single day, received 23 stitches, now permanently has a metal plate on the right side of her skull, and will have to shave her head. She will spend a total of 4-7 days in the hospital. Total expenses include an ambulance, an emergency room, multiple CT scans, numerous medicines, her stay in the ICU, and all costs related to her recovery that will span over the next few months. She has insurance, but this will easily rack up tens of thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket charges. The Zapata family is unbelievably hard-working and budget savvy, but the burden of these costs will likely put them in debt. Cinthya is the oldest of three children. ANY support is appreciated. We love this girl and she is a warrior!!!!
