Cinque Ports Radio

Hi, I'm James from Cinque Ports Radio. We are the community Radio station for Rye & The Romney Marsh.

We are raising funds so we may continue to serve the area and keep a local radio station on the marsh.

We have proudly served the area for the last two years, firstly online and then on 100.2FM. During that time, we have had amazing support from local people and some local companies.

Sadly, over the last few months our advertising revenue has all but dried up and it’s become very clear that costs must be cut, and difficult decisions made.

Because of this I’m very sad to tell you that we will be turning off our FM service at the end of the month.

Taking Cinque Ports Radio on FM, incurred considerable costs and increases in licence fees for music etc that we can no longer afford.

We will continue to serve the area online, and don’t worry you will still be able to listen to us through our website, on your smart speakers, on your phone and on most popular radio apps.
