Our name is Tahlia & Glenda. We have made this for a dearest friend; Cindy Ann who is currently battling cancer. We want to help support her and her family through this hard time.
Cindy is 29 years old and on the 19th of April she was diagnosed with a secondary lesion in her hip which was a tumour eating at her hip bone making it extremely weak for her to move around. She was then told this was a type of cancer which is related to Breast Cancer, after her mammogram they diagnosed Cindy with Breast Cancer on the 5th of May.
Cindy underwent a full hip replacement surgery on the 18th of May because her hip was at the point of shattering at any day. During her hip surgery, they managed to remove majority of the tumour that was attached to the hip. Cindy then had her appointment with the Cancer Specialist on the 25th of May who announced her Breast Cancer is at stage 4 and she has now started her Chemo Therapy.
They are aiming for it to shrink her Breast Cancer back to a stage 2. Once her Chemo Therapy is dealt with Cindy will then be having a double mastectomy to have both of her breasts removed.

There is no doubt in our mind, Cindy can beat this, she is one of the toughest women we know. A compassionate, loving woman who cares for people for a living. She can't do this during this time, so all we would love to do for her is give her care back by helping her.
