Chuk is crippled

Hello all. I'm Charles Lysne. I'm from Port Hardy but currently living in Vancouver. As most of you know, I lost  feeling and strength in my legs, due to a very rare disease called Neuro Behçet's in September and have been unable to work. I'm currently asking friends, and friend of friends to give me a hand paying my various expenses until I can figure out the "persons with disabilities" designation (rent, hydro, internet, phone). The income assistance from the government is $610/m. My monthly expenses exceed $1100. I applied for PWD, but was subsequently denied because my disability was somehow not designated severe enough. I'm finally laying down my pride and asking for help. Anything you can do. I'm out of options. Please help me, any way you can. With your help I can hopefully survive long enough to get the PWD approved.
