Chucks Triple Bypass

At only 41 years old, my dad Charles (Chuck) Smith was diagnosed with pneumonia one night visiting the ER and was then referred him to a cardiologist where we learned he had suffered from a mild heart attack. Fast Forward a few weeks, after multiple X-rays, MRIs and further testing, the doctors went forward with a heart catheter. After the heart catheter was placed, we learned he is in need of a triple bypass surgery and the only thing keeping him alive is the artery in the back of his heart. He does not have insurance and we are working on getting him short term disability while he is out of work for the next 8-12 weeks, but unfortunately that is a large income loss.  Charles  supports two children under the age of 18 and is also the sole responsibility of his ill mother. We are asking for donations to help pay for the medical bills that are building up. Any little bit is very much appreciated and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
