A Second Breath For Chuck Kaden

Meet Chuck Kaden. He is a loving husband, father of two sons, and grandfather to three beautiful young children. In March of 2013 Chuck was diagnosed with severe Pulmonary Fibrosis, and is in dire need of a double lung transplant. In the past year it has been quite a struggle for Chuck and his family. He has made countless trips to Cleveland Clinic for testing along with visits to in town hospitals as well. He had suffered from pneumonia this past winter, is constantly on oxygen, and struggles with a lot of day to day activities. It has taken quite a toll physically, emotionally, and financially on Chuck, which is why his loving friends and family have created this page "A Second Breath For Chuck Kaden". With the financial help he needs in his path for a transplant, he will be able to pay for hospital visits, medications, and the endless trips he will be making to and from the Cleveland Clinic. We hope to raise a lot for Chuck, and raise awareness for this incurable disease, because not only will it give him a second breath, it will give him a second chance at life.
