Chuck Lewis

On June 15, 2017, life took a drastic change for the Lewis family, Chuck had a stroke. He had a bleed in two different areas in the back of his brain, which has effected his motor skills and his speech.

Yesterday Chuck was transferred to Ballard Rehab. where he will begin the process of regaining his ability to walk and speak. This has placed a tremendous amount of stress on the family, not only the unknown but the financial aspect as Chuck was the sole provider and there insurance only covers a portion of the rehab. expenses.

We appreciate any amount of gift you are able to extend to Chuck and his family as he moves from this difficult time towards a full recovery.
