Chronic pain HELP 4 LEWIE

Almost 9yrs ago my outgoing husband was injured at work in a freak accident. This a man who loved biking, surfing, skateboarding golfing, his guitar and most of all coaching our 3 (now grown) kids.
He has horrible chronic pain. A herniated disc in his thorasic and has had a fusion surgery on his neck. With lots of nerve damage from neglect. He's is unfortunately STILL be held captive by WORKERS COMP. It's a horrible system to be trapped in. They won't close his medical because he is projected to need 430k for future medical. So at this point they give him ZERO TREATMENT. His own med insurance won't touch him with an ongoing case. He's trapped.
UNLESS WE PAY OUT OF POCKET. IM WILLING TO TAKE A SECOND OUT ON OUR HOUSE.
We've found a treatment program in Florida that we feel positive about.
Any help towards this would be amazing. In a perfect world he can coach our grandkids❤️
