Christopher "Tenbear" Cyr - thebigc

Cancer is back. Christopher won the first battle with testicular cancer, and struggled through the second battle with this more stubborn cancer, but through these last years, we've always known this cancer was a high risk. We held our breath and hoped there had been no spread.

Chris found a job and started putting his life back on track. His beautiful girlfriend agreed to become his beautiful wife. He started to plan.

I cannot describe the feeling of deep hurt experienced throughout the family when it was confirmed that cancer was found. And even in that hurt, Christopher immediately decided to do the chemo plan put together by his research team again. He knew the fight all too well. 

"We fight for our lives because we get only one ... And I'll be damned before I let this life just float away on me without taking every possible step to keep it. 
It's mine and I'm not letting it go!"  

Chris left college about 6 1/2 years ago. Since than he's been a cancer warrior for 5 1/2 years. 
Obviously he's never had the luxury of time, the chance to make mistakes without having to consider they could cost his life, time to get on with his chosen career.
But he's never waivered in his resolve to keep his life.
He's worked so hard, and had great support from family and friends, but financially, he cannot be stable.
