Christopher Severino children fund

As hard as it is to write this, it is even harder to believe our friend Chris Severino has left us. There are so many words that describe Chris: Father, Brother, Son, Companion, Director, Colleague and Friend. Any one of these words do not solely describe Chris, but collectively lay out the kind of person Chris IS!! As a father, his greatest love was for Kaitlin, Bella, and AJ. The smile he had when mentioning them was infectious. Everything he did was for his children, he was so proud of them. As a son, he beamed when he spoke of his parents. Family was always #1 on his mind. He cherished the early lessons of toughness bestowed upon him. As a brother, he spoke about the bonds he shared. As the oldest, he paved the way for his brothers and sister to succeed in their own way. He always appreciated the vigor in which each sibling tackled life. As a companion, he was a provider. He made sure everyone was taken care of; often times before himself. Selflessness at its best. As a director, Chris’s extended football family was so important to his day-to-day life. His legacy was leaving flag football in a better place than he found out. His impact can be felt from all corners of the country. Chris’ influence will leave a long lasting impression on the sport. As a colleague, I haven’t met a more dedicated, and meticulous individual. He put his heart and soul into his craft and it showed in the finished products he created. His vision was unparalleled. Lastly as a friend, this part we could go on and on. His friends came from all walks of life. It is hard to find someone that would run through a brick wall for them. We all know Chris would in a second. Chris has touched many individuals throughout his life. All money donated will benefit his children, and provide long term support and security. No amount is too small to show love and appreciation. Chris was often the first in line to lend a helping hand. Now it’s our turn to repay the respect and favor to our fallen brother.
