Christopher Flanigan, Please help!

It's with a very heavy heart that my longest best friend Lauren Stankye Flanigan, daughter of the late Robert F. Stankye OPD and her family has suffered the worst loss a parent can go through. Their 18 year old son, Christopher Robert passed away on Monday 10/31/17.  This tragic sudden loss is devistating to all.  He leaves behind a loving mother, father and brothers Logan and Dillon, as well as his grandparents,(late Frank Lindsay) aunts, uncles cousins and friends.  He was loved by so many as he in return loved them.  He was an avid sports fan with his heart in the love of baseball.  He grew up in Derby CT attending the Derby school system and went on to study at the University of Bridgeport where he was a pitcher on their baseball team, UB Knights.  His time here with us was cut so short and as everyone knows at some point in their lives the hole it leaves in our hearts. Lauren is a very proud person and would never ask for help.  At this point,  with what this family is facing with the many costs to follow, any donation would be so much appreciated.  We thank each and everyone for your thoughts, prayers, comfort and generousity.  With so much support and over time, we'll all get through this together.  Please find peace with one another as our time here is borrowed.
