Christopher Bergan kissed Heather goodbye as she dropped him off at the airport express train on the morning of Oct 1. She said be careful and come back safely. He was going to visit Heathers family and friends. After several long flights he finally arrived at Pensacola airport late in the evening. A friend picked him up and drove him straight to his father in laws house in Gulf Breeze.
Christopher and Heather had arranged with the family to keep his arrival a secret surprise.
Like always Christopher entered the property in Villa Venyce from the back and knocked on the back door.
To surprise him Christopher hid, and when his father in law came out - Christopher jumped out.
Christopher was accidentally shot and killed instantly. Leaving Heather and Kaj without a husband and father.
Arriving in Norway only last year, the little family of three had just moved into their new home in a new neigbourhood. Kaj started school in August.
