Cook your own Christmas Dinner Community Fund

I am however, short on funding again so any donations appreciated. Last night I received 180 messages and have sadly had to turn away over 50 families. Hi all. As many of my friends and family know, I fundraise for a good cause at Christmas and this year is no exception.
Last year, with the help of our wonderful communities I managed to raise enough money to buy and deliver Christmas Dinner hampers to 115 families including dinner, all the trimmings, sweets, chocolates, family games and more. The year before that we bought the children’s hospice a brand new console and games for their games room.
Though there is hope surrounding the outcome of the pandemic, for many families life has become hopeless and the struggle very real. I’m hoping to raise at least £1500 to buy as many Cook at Home Christmas Dinner Hampers as possible to be delivered by myself throughout Torridge and North Devon in the week leading up to Christmas. The more money we raise, the more families can have the Christmas they deserve.
This year will be a little different, I have decided to work a little harder for your support, so I will be cycling the Devon Coast To Coast and back over a weekend in Autumn. I will complete the 200 mile trek in 2 days with my friends Rob Ellis and Kane Worsnop. We’re going to do the whole thing in fancy dress, so when you donate, comment with a suggestion of what you think we should wear!
