Christmas swim for Alzheimers cafe at St Finbarr's

In memory of my Dad, we are trying to raise money for the Alzheimer's cafe at St. Finbarr's hospital, Cork. The cafe provided much needed assistance to my Mam and Dad during some very hard times and my mam continues to get comfort from her visits there. An invaluable place for patients and family alike.
