In these uncertain times and due to the impact that lockdown is having on peoples mental health we welcome you to make a small donation which could in turn help to save as life! 
There's no right or wrong way to talk about suicidal feelings – starting the conversation is what's important and the CATT Early Assessment Team are our first port of call when considering suicide. 

This charity is very close to our hearts as we almost lost a family member to attempted suicide and she still struggles daily however, the CATT Team are on hand for daily support
