Christmas Gift for House Down Payment
Donation protected
Dennis and I have been together for almost a year, and we plan to become engaged (I don't know exactly when :) :) ) and find a house within the next year. We plan to start looking for a house in March, and close on one by July. We have been working on our credit scores (which are pretty good at this point), and we opened a mutual savings account for the house down-payment a few months ago. We have saved a decent amount, and plan to continue saving.
Instead of giving us a Christmas gift, if you would like to contribute to our savings account for the house down-payment, we would really appreciate it! When you come visit and stay in our future guest room, you can claim ownership of a square foot somewhere, haha!
Although highly unlikely, if anything were to go wrong, we will split all funds in our mutual savings account. Dennis and I get along very well and we love eachothers' families and close friends very much. Dennis and Autumn get along wonderfully and love each other very much. Autumn asks about "Dundun" all week and gets so happy when we see him on Friday afternoons. While we have not lived together, we think spending 3 days together in a small 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a toddler and 2 dogs has been good practice, and we still somehow miss each other during the week. We are also seeking guidance from our church about our intentions.
Dennis and I have a lot of future goals together, and we would appreciate your help for a house down payment as a Christmas gift!
