Christmas for Chelsea

Hi,  I am a local Police Officer, and during the course of my duites this year I met a girl named Chelsea. She is a  straight A honor student with a phenomenal`1 work ethic, her principal described her to me as a very gifted girl. I met Chelsea when her school called 911 because she had passed out in class. I later found out that the reason she had passed out is because she hadn't eaten over the weekend. Chelsea, her mother, and her 2 siblings were forced to flee from their home a few months ago in the middle of the night due to severe domestic violence by her father. Chelsea's mother is now a single parent working two jobs trying to provide for her children the best she can,  but at times she falls short. This year I want to give an amazing Christmas gift to this family. The donantions will help this family get ahead on their rent, provide them with food and Christmas gifts they otherwise couldn't afford.
Please help me make this Chirtmas special for Chelsea and her family.
