Christmas for Carolina

Days before Christmas, Carolina’s house was broken into and her family lost their cash savings, TV’s, valuable personal items and ALL Christmas presents. Her house has been damaged and her children no longer feel safe in their own home. Carolina works hard to support her seven children and seven grandchildren who live with her by working hard each and every day. We are hoping to restore some holiday spirit by raising money for Carolina and the 14 family members who live under her roof.


Carolina has been a part of the Blue Ridge Restaurant Group Family for the past 14 years and has worked in both the Columbia and Silver Spring locations. Carolina can be found behind the line sautéing our famous Rattlesnake Pasta or on the prep line making recipes with care and precision. Regardless of where she is working, she always has a smile on her face. During the years spent with the company, she has remained a positive member of the team and is respected by all front of the house and kitchen team members.  


We are hoping to give Carolina and her family the Christmas that they deserve and return the earnings that she’s worked so hard for. The Stanford Grill Columbia family has already collected money to provide groceries for their holiday meal and bought a TV for Carolina's grandchildren. Any help, in any capacity, will truly be appreciated by Carolina and her family and the entire Blue Ridge Restaurant Group.
