Christmas Dinner for Two Orphanages in Liberia
With donations from our previous fundraiser, we sent over 100 educational books in Liberia. The books though have not yet been delivered to the schools. Since it's almost Christmas and the children in the orphanages don't typically receive presents, we decided to organize a Christmas Celebration at Peter W. Sayklun and Children Future Orphanage Homes. The children, teachers, and staff will celebrate Christmas over a traditional Liberian dinner. Of course we will surprise the children with the books and candy. Last, we will appreciate the teachers and administration with awards for the inclusive environment they have created and their support for the students. Together we fight for disability acceptance including autism acceptance. We do have the books as gifts for the children, but we need your help to buy the food and candy for 200 people.
