Christmas Baskets for Hillside Nursing Home

The holidays during the pandemic are difficult for everyone but especially those living in assisted living communities. Due to their high risk, no visitors are allowed in the Hillside Nursing & Rehab building to be with their loved ones during the holidays. Some residents don't even have family to send them warm socks yet alone something special for Christmas. Around 50 residents are in need of socks, gloves, scarves and *with your help* a little something special for the holidays. Once we receive the funds, we can package together gift baskets so that everyone can have something to look forward to this season. If you're interested in volunteering to package, wrap or write cards to the residents as well, contact us and we can set up volunteer times. I can't imagine something more special than knowing you are thought of and loved. Let's give that gift this year.
