<div>Hi, my name is Bradley and for those of you that don’t know me, i enjoy running and pushing my body through the occasional challenge from time to time. I decided that during my Marathon training i’d like to try David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge. For those that aren’t familiar, this involves running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours.. a total of 48 miles.

<div>This creates a tough combination of physical and mental strain due to having limited time inbetween runs to recover, sleep and eat!
</div>

<div>This will take place between Dec 22nd-Dec 24th and anybody looking to get involved feel free to get in touch, could even look at documenting the challenge as we go!
</div>

</div>
<div>Now with the timing of this challenge being so close to Christmas, i thought why not do something more and help those who really need it this year. It’s a tough time of year for alot of people anyway and especially financially in this current climate.
</div>

</div>
<div>Now i don’t expect everybody to donate money as its tough out there at the moment, but i’m sure we all have things that aren’t of use to us that we can donate.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m going to try and get in touch with some local businesses or places in Colchester that we could use as a drop off to store donations/gifts!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Also i may need some help/contacts on where to take the money and gifts, i’m thinking along the lines of Children’s Care Homes, Women’s Refuge etc or any other ideas anybody may have?
</div>

</div>
<div>I’ll start off the donations with £100 from myself and if i don’t finish the challenge i will double that.
</div>
