Christine's medical support

On Friday September 9, 2017, Christine Thompson was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mo.  While in the ambulance she went into cardiac arrest for a period of time.  While that happened, her brain swelled  from lack of oxygen.  Christine was put into essentially a medically induced coma and body temperature lowered to a hypothermic state to reduce damage to the brain, and preserve brain cells.  Her body stayed at that temperature for 24 hours. After the swelling went down in her brain, her body was reheated to normal temperature, with the  process taking approximately 10 hours.  Once her body was fully reheated, the doctors were able to run a battery of test to determine any damage to the brain.  The test results showed that there was no brain activity.  Christine passed away on Monday September 11, 2017 at 6:51 pm.  Christine had been diagnosed with Addison's Disease, and the Doctors popular thought is an adrenal crisis brought on by this disease was the cause. 
Christine leaves behind her husband Damon and their daughter Chloe.  Christine was a 24 year old, stay at home mom of Chloe who is a busy 1 1/2 year old.  Damon has served 4 years in the military, and is now an over the road truck driver. 
Damon does have health insurance on his family, however,  the deductible, co-pay, lost wages, and new childcare expense will be almost impossible to manage.
I have seen the awesome outpouring of love and prayers from everyone for Christine, Damon and Chloe.  Damon does not want to be considered a charity case, and I have had to convince him that there are people like you, who would like to help in any way they can.  So, I am asking for him and Chloe.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
