Zach & Christine Jones

As most of you may know, our friend and colleague, Christine Jones, was recently transferred to Alaska with her husband, Zachary and daughter Kennedy. Zach serves our country in the United States Army but has not been able to report for work because he has fallen ill. Zach is currently hospitalized in Alaska with a diagnosis of bacterial meningitis. Christine and Kennedy have been caring for Zach at the hospital and have not had the opportunity to begin to settle in.

If you are able, and feel led to give, I am asking for monetary help for any and all needs that the family may have such as airline tickets for family to travel to Alaska, take-out food, gas and house-keeping supplies and toiletries. Zach and Christine were given 10 days to find housing but have not been able to look because Zach has been hospitalized. They are currently still living in temporary housing and their household goods remain in storage.

While monetary help is a wonderful act of kindness and is greatly appreciated, the greater need is PRAYER. If you are able to give financially or not, please say prayers for this wonderful family. Add them to your prayer list at church and include them in your personal prayers. Words of encouragement, text messages or social media contact would also be welcomed.
