first Of all Merry Christmas!! Hello and thank your for taking the time to read our story.   Covid 19 has all but destroyed our small business and livelihood!! My husband is a marine Corp veteran. We met September 7th 2016 and it was love at first sight. We were married 3 months later and that very day hit the road to drive cross country to Idaho. My new husband had family ( friends he considered family) and the promise of a great job there. We arrived to no job and no family or help.  The family and the job were empty promises. 

we found ourselves 1500 miles away from anyone or anything we knew. We worked very hard to establish ourselves there and with the help of God  we were able to survive. We decided to go back home after a year and a half of struggling and wanting to be home. I also had some health issues on my side of the family that prompted me to want to be back in Ohio close to my parents and other family. 

we made it back home .We moved to Columbus with friends . They allowed us to live with them and work for their cleaning company as we got on our feet.  Fast forward a year we were actually moving into our very first place on our own as a married couple. We were so excited. For the first time we had a  home of our own. 

Fast forward another year and a half and we are present. Since March of this year when Covid 19 started. Our hours at work dropped drastically .  We have a small cleaning business and we’re really beginning to boom. We are in our 2nd year and we believed this year was going to be our year. We clean people’s homes  and also clean construction sites.  So of course with the stay at home orders  construction virtually stopped and people were very scared. we were barely bringing in enough to survive. We have managed to hang on this long with savings and what was coming in. but now we find ourselves facing homelessness .My property manager is working with me however I am running out of time quickly. Rent has to be caught up by December 31st or eviction process will begin. !!We are behind on bills and rent and can’t seem to get caught up. 

 We are working all available hours and also actively looking for overnight positions anywhere that is hiring. .   It is now that I ask for help ! We just need a small amount of help to get our rent and bills caught up and move forward with our lives. If you can find it in your heart to share pray or donate! The thought of losing everything we have worked so hard for is very scary. 

We will continue to work hard everyday and have faith that this situation will be resolved.
