Christina Castro Lopez Fundraiser

Hello everyone this fundraiser is for my sister Christina Castro Lopez. Back in December it was determined that she now needs to have a HEART TRANSPLANT due to the fact that her heart is now only working at 15% and didnt get any better with meds treatments over the last yr and a half. She now has to be hospitalized quite often as her blood levels are all over the place due to her weak heart; Not to mention that she also has Type 1 Diabetes to deal with so as you can imagine it's an everyday struggle she has to deal with. But she is a very tough woman and we know as a family that she will pull through because as most of you now know she has been in remission for the last 25 + yrs after a tough battle with Leukemia as a little girl. So the fact that she beat that gives us great hope that she will get her new heart and live a long productive life. This fundraiser is to help with any and all medical expenses for Christina and also to help with the move to the Dallas area to be close to the hospitals and her doctors that will be performing the procedure. We were advised that once a heart is found we will need to be close and ready to be at the hospital within a specific time frame. Even after the procedure Gods willing everything goes well she is expected to be hospitalized for at least 6 weeks and under their care for up to 6 months there after. So it is imparative that we relocate as a family to the Dallas area for Christinas long term care.
