<div>The 'Bought the T-Shirt' podcast is a platform where individuals can speak openly about issues of physical, mental and spiritual health, growth, recovery, healing and learning. I'm Chris Thrall, former Royal Marine, and I have run the length of the UK, completed a quadruple ironman, run across the Sahara and rowed the Atlantic to raise £1000s for charity and awareness of veterans issues, such as mental health, homelessness, addiction and suicide.

<div>It's always been a goal of mine to climb Mount Everest - I don't have the £35,000 required. So I thought I'd ask people to support me to prove my adage that action creates action. Let's see! Thank you.
