Hi everyone it’s me Chris,
By now, I’m sure most of you know my story about my horrible accident and have been following my progress and rehabilitation. It has been the longest 366 days for myself and my family . I appreciate all the love and support that I get daily from messages on FB and all of the daily visitors . The love that you all have shown me gives me comfort and strength to achieve my goals to be able to care for myself and my children again.
I have come a long way and it’s been really hard and I still have a very long way to go but everyday I manage to make some type of progress. Every day is a struggle but I am so determined to get better for my kids and my family. I know with hard work and lots of prayers I will get to where I need to be again.
Myself and my family have already been so blessed , but now we have decided to reach out for help.
I was recently moved to Phoenix to a rehab center, due to my inability to get out of bed they had to fly my here, and now it is almost time for me to fly back. I have made tremendous progress while I’ve been here and my family has come to visit when they are able to make the trip , and now it’s almost time for me to come back home. My family has been told that the air ambulance back may not be covered by the insurance. This has been a constant battle that my family has been dealing with since my accident . They have come to a point where they are only covering the minimal care since it has almost been 1 year since my accident . Myself and my family need your help in raising whatever we can to help with all the costs that have come up for my family to bring me home and to prepare for my long term care once I am home . I will be living with my Grandmother and necessary adjustments need to made to prepare for me .
I am almost ready to come home and I would love nothing more then to not burden my family with this expense. I want to be close to my family again and be able to continue the progress and my rehabilitation.
Anything that you could give, no matter how small, would be a help and would be a prayer answered.
