I am reaching out to my network to help a friend of mine. Chris Rice is one of the oldest living victims of ALS. He was diagnosed back in 2001. The video was posted on MD Telethon back in 2005.

Today Chris is still fighting the disease and is still winning. He has a very difficult time getting around and his Segway is his main means of transporation. I am trying to raise money to help replace the batteries on his Segway. They are very expensive.
