CHRIS NICU comfort bags
Donation protected
Hi all!
We are back for our 6th year of donating NICU comfort bags!
Seven years ago, my son was born five weeks early. We spent a little over a week in the NICU, where we soon learned how much we missed the little comforts of home. Such things included shampoo/conditioner, lip balm, body wash, etc. Every year since he has been born, we have created comfort bags containing all of these items and more. We donate these bags on Christmas Eve, in the hopes to curb the pain of not being in the comfort of their own home over the holidays.
Every year I try to include the most pure/organic products to the parents.
The Army has moved us once again, and we're residing in Texas for the next three years. This year we are donating to our FIRST Army hospital, Darnall Army Medical Center on Fort Hood. As well, we are donating to two Baylor Scott and White Hospitals: Temple and Waco!
Each year I try to make my hopes and dreams bigger. Since things in Texas are always bigger (right? ) we're shooting for 200 bags this year! Please help us reach our goals!
