We are raising money for Chris Mendoza's memorial. Chris was a 31 year old Winters Native who lost his life in a tragic accident on the 505 March 25. He was a genuine caring person, who's light shined so bright. If you were lucky enough to know Chris in this life I'm sure he touched you deeply. He will be greatly missed.
