Chonk the chins dental procedure

Chonk is my daughters best friend. She has depression and anxiety issues and this chin has been her saving grace. Shes 16. He has dental issues and spur in his gum. Just before covid his teeth were perfect. My savings has been drained due to covid and i have no emergency funds left. If it could wait i would wait but hes lost weight and is drooling, less active and not eating properly. He needs it done asap.
