Chloe's Cataract Surgery

My name is Kelsey Martin. I have owned Chloe for basically her entire life (since she was 8 weeks old) and she has been more than a blessing in my life. Over the past decade I've shared with her, I've never experienced such a bond with a dog.

The list of Chloe's accomplishments goes on forever. She is:

- An AKC Canine Good Citzen
- A member of AKC's Canine Partners
- A Therapy Dog with Therapy Dogs International

She also:

- Won Best in Show at the High Country Pet Fest in 2016
- Has starred in two professional theatre productions (she can't help but love theatre, since I am an actress and she is my dog)
- Serves as my service dog 



Chloe is in fantastic health other than her newly developed cataracts. She has lost almost all vision in her left eye, but is still performing in a show at this current time (she is stealing the spotlight as Rufus in Legally Blonde). Even as an older dog Chloe still has so much spunk and character. It breaks my heart to think that she may spend her last years on earth not being able to see or perform in shows. She truly loves being in the spotlight. However, the surgery and aftercare are extremely expensive and I want to give Chloe the best options possible.



I owe it to her after all she has done for me. She has touched so many lives throughout her 11 years on this earth, and has changed my life in more ways than I could have ever thought possible. Please help me give back to Chloe all that she has given.
