Peru's Purpose Mission Trip
Hello All!
We've comitted to going to Arequipa, Peru for a FULL WEEK of service! We’re devoting all of our time, energy and training toward this mission, and we ask for your support!! We would love to hear from you! No amount is too small. We thank each and every one of you for considering supporting us so that we may heal lives!
The funds you help us fundraise will cover all of our transportation costs--ground and air for both of us--all of our food, water, lodging, student identification, VISAs, licensure under the doctors in charge, and malpractice insurance with the Peruvian government in order to legally serve for the entire week.
For 2018, we made it a goal to go further beyond our comfort zone in order to serve. This trip will be during our Fall Break:
SEPTEMBER 23--SEPTEMBER 30.
We are humbled and honored by God’s grace and love: God has blessed us with a great journey in pursuing our dreams to become Doctors of Chiropractic at Life University, one of the largest schools for Chiropractic. Additionally, He’s opened up our hearts to this mission trip and has given us this opportunity to travel abroad and to serve in Peru. We have the ability to make a difference in someone’s health without pushing drugs or surgery to force their bodies to heal. Our mission is to promote true health and to spread our faith through this healing. Chiropractic works by removing interferences within the nervous system. This opens the avenue for pain reduction, injury healing, and promotion proper biomechanics.
We believe that the body is fearfully and wonderfully made— governed by the nervous system. The nervous system is in charge of everything that our body does to create movement, digest foods, fight off and recover from disease! Chiropractic care is used through the power of each adjustment to remove any interferences from your brain and spinal cord in order to communicate with our bodies and our environments. If there is a failure to communicate, our bodies are more susceptible to diseases, bad movement patterns that could result in injury, and even chemical imbalances that can cause depression, anxiety and thoughts of helplessness.
We’ve been in school for over 3 years and are inspired to spread His word and the philosophy we’re learning in school. We want to fulfill a purpose greater than ourselves and spread light, healing and love to those who need it more than us through our works in Chiropractic. We are learning new things and training daily in order to better serve the community--and hopefully you someday!
We are blessed to live in this incredible country where most people take great care for granted. We are blessed to have the ability to train our hands to provide healing to those in need. But most importantly, we are blessed to serve as vessels to spread God’s love. We invite you to join us on this journey to make an impact on every life we touch.
