THE BOLIVIAN AMAZON AND CHIQUITANO FORESTS ARE BURNING!
Please, help us save THE WORLD’S LUNGS!!
You have probably heard about and seen the harrowing images of the Brazilian Amazon fires. However, devastating fires have been consuming the Chiquitano Dry Forests of Bolivia as well.
In the past 32 days we have lost approximately 2,000,000 hectares (that’s 4.1 million acres!!) of Chiquitano forest, hundreds of animals have been burned alive, and local communities have lost their homes and livelihoods.
The funds raised will be used to cover transportation-related and basic fire-fighting equipment, drinking water, first-aid kits, and non-perishable food for the teams combatting the fires and affected peoples.

Probablemente has visto las imágenes desgarradoras de la Amazonía brasileña en llamas. Sin embargo, incendios devastadores han estado consumiendo el Bosque Seco Chiquitano de Bolivia también.
En los últimos 32 días hemos perdido aproximadamente 2,000,000 hectáreas de Bosque Chiquitano, cientos de animales se han quemado vivos y comunidades locales han perdido sus hogares y fuentes de vida.
NECESITAMOS TU AYUDA.
