Chip's Deja Vu all over again

On Nov.18 I was diagnosed  with a type of cancer called squamous cell carcinoma. That's the bad news. The good news is that after all the scans,it appears it has not spread any further than my jaw. I am having surgery tomorrow Jan.11 at 7:00 A M. I will be in surgery for 12-15 hours as they have to rebuild my jawbone. I know this sounds a little scary,but the doctors are confident that they can get it all. I have searched both state and federal programs and can find nothing for temporary disability. As with most folks these days,it takes two to make ends meet.I know that Toni will be doing her best,but I don't know how that is going to work. If anyone can help,I would appreciate it.
