My brother, Chip Clark was involved in a crash while racing sprint cars at Elma Speedway just one week ago today. After 5 days of unconsciousness he woke up Thursday. As a result of the crash he has 3 broken ribs, many scrapes and bruises and a severe head injury, similar to shaken baby syndrome.
After visiting him today, he has a long road ahead.
Chip does have medical insurance, but as we all know it won't cover the cost of a week in ICU and many weeks or months in a rehab facility.
My brother has always tried to put others first, most importantly his family. This time he is first, and he and his family would appreciate any help.
