Swamiji gave the go ahead to open a Chinmaya Mission Center in Guyana. HURRAY!!!
Guyana is a small country in the mainland of South America. About 52% of the population are Indians with the majority being Hindus -- 3rd or 4th generation removed from India. Yet, through great effort, the people managed to keep the religion vibrant and dynamic. A Chinmaya Mission Center in Guyana , with Children Bala Vihar Classes, with Gita and Vedanta Study groups etc. would be a tremendous blessing to all.
Now, everything takes money. So, we are asking for your generous support to get this done. Swami Prakashanandaji of CM Trinidad is overseeing this project so you can rest assured that everything will be done with great integrity.
