China School Mission Trip

My name is Brenna Bourgon. I am in grade 11 and attend St.Peters Catholic Secondary School. This year I have been given the opportunity to join WE Charity and travel to China to participate in a service/mission project. It is a 12 day trip beginning on May 6th. 6 of the days, not including the two days of flying, will be spent in a village near Beijing completing service projects such as building houses for the locals, teaching english, learning mandarin, engaging in the new culture, and reflecting with God. The total cost of the trip is just over $4700. It includes airfare, meals, transportation to the village, and accommodations. My family and I are hoping to raise at least $2500 to cut the cost down. This is an incredible experience. I am getting the chance to make a difference in the world, leave a positive footprint, and bring myself closer to God. Any kind of support would help and will be highly appreciated.
