Michele Chimene for Justice

Welcome, and thank you for taking time to inquire and consider voting and contributing to a fellow citizen.  Michele Chimene is running to be an Appeals Justice for Position 8 in the 14th Court of Appeals. She has 25 years experience in appellate law, handling both civil and criminal matters. She is a life-long Democrat who will play a very predictable role in the court.   Under Texas Law, the Legislature, "makes new law", the courts are only supposed to enforce the law.  And that is exactly what Michele plans to do,  without any political agendas. Michele is the proud mother of three grown children, one of which happens to be a part of the LGBT  community, enforcing her rights. All-in-All, Michele has a passion to uphold the current laws in a way that makes common sense given the particular facts of the individual case before her. SHE WILL LISTEN TO THE PARTIES BEFORE HER, both Appellant and Appellee. Fairly! She will fight hard for justice and seek for equal rights so that everyone has a chance to live decent happy lives.  Justice!Justice! Shall you Pursue!
