Children's Day Celebration in Mozambique!

June 1st is Mozambican National Children's Day and we need YOUR help putting on a special celebration for our preschool students! With at least $250, we can provide our over 300 students from ages three to six years old with a special lunch complete with juice and cookies for dessert. We can even purchase some balloons and party toys if we have extra! It doesn't take a lot, but to our students it means everything.
Our students live challenging lives. Nhamatsane struggles with abject poverty, food shortages, and lack of healthcare, electricity, and running water. For many students, the regular breakfast and snacks we provide at the preschool are often the only food they will have for the day. Children come from all over the district to come learn with us, in spite of the difficulties they and their families face at home. On June 1st, we celebrate the children of Mozambique for their resilience, strength, and dedication to brighter more beautiful futures. Please consider helping us make this day truly special for hundreds of children. Any small amount will help!
