Childhood Leukemia "ALL" , 5Y Old

This is my 5 year old nephew Mirko that lives in Nichelino, Italy. Today. 1-12-18,  I received very sad news from my sister that he was diagnosed with Leukemia. I had to leave work because I was in tears. Mirko's doctors will begin chemo immediately for the acute lymphoblastic leukemia "ALL".  While most medical expenses are paid in Italy, it still does not cover every expense.

Some of you may know of my mom's situation - who my sister currently cares for in their home. For the past 7 years my sister has been providing her care because she became paralyzed on one side of her body from a stroke with a very poor medical outcome, in fact she does not recognize me anymore - it's extremely sad. I have been sending my sister money every month to help support their family to buy food, basic essentials, and to help my mom, but now it's just not going to be enough.

Mirko's father, Riccardo, already works over 60 hours per week to support their family which includes my niece Monika. I'm doing this go fund me for her family - they need financial help which is more than I am capable of providing right now, and the Italian government has been of very little help. Any amount of funds you can donate right now would be extremely helpful, and all the funds will go to her as quickly as possible, less the part gofundme is taking.
