Ryan Gilley and the Family

Ryan Ann was born with a rare condition called bilateral vocal cord paralysis. In short detail her vocal cords stay in the closed position, so majority of her airway is blocked. Normal airway size is 5ml where Ryan's airway is 0.5ml. She has had 6 major surges and 18 producers to correct this issues, which include cricoid split, Botox twice, supraglottoplasty, Laryngotracheal Reconstruction — Single-Staged Repair, and consistent balloon dilation. Unfortunately none of these procedures worked, so Ryan got a trach on Sept 12, 2017. We have been in and out of Seattle Childerns Hospital for 2yrs, but this was our longest stay at 62 days. Weve been home now for 30 days and Ryan still does not have a day nurse, so mom cannot work or go to school. Ryan has been sick every other week with a fever of 103.4 due to tracheitis. Have only taking her out of the house once to see Santa and ended up the ER from getting sick. She has to go back in the operating room next month to figure out what the problem is now. With everything going on, I haven't gotten a tree for Christmas and all I want is for Ryan to have a good Christmas seeing this is her first Christmas home. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your kindness!
