Child Care, Attorney's Fees

After many hours of attorney's fees, my soon to be ex-wife  and I now have a shared parenting plan in place for our two beautiful children. Levi is a healthy, smart and happy 3 year old with Downs Syndrome. His big sister, Olivia, is a healthy, smart, creative and engertic 5 year old who loves and protects her little brother.

I am the co-owner of a small video production company in Orlando, Florida. When the economy tanked, so did my business. We are still is business, but the volume of work is just not enough. So in 2011, I went back to school at night and was very luckly to find a job working night shifts. That put a lot of stress on me (sleeping days) and especially my wife who took care of our two little ones. I was doing all I could to provide for my family, but my being away at night and 
sleeping in the days and our finances took a toll on our marriage. 

Due to too many factors (mostly the emotional stress of the child custody hearings and divorce proceedings) I had to resign my second job last week.

I now have mandatory child support payments to make.
