<div>You have probably heard the saying for veterans “Thank you for your service.” It implies acknowledgment for the sacrifices made for our freedoms. “All gave some, and some gave all.” You may have also heard how the VA, and system at large, has failed veterans. What if the system disregarded veteran status, specifically targeted—indirectly--veterans’ disability compensation, all while removing their children from them, and forcing the veterans to pay abusers to “care for their children.” What comes to my mind: “Screw you for your service.”

<div>I will let the facts speak for themselves. Note, due to the nature of the matter, involving in the past, and the present, names of minors have been redacted. The original public records requested did not always have such identifying information redacted, so where possible, I further redacted them, and hope to have captured all lasps. As you read through this, imagine the fear 2 little children have, from having those people be their only caregivers. Imagine your children being left in any of the locations in these pictures, videos, and reports.

Note on page 4: “Hazardous Environment.” This is where Tamzi, Amaryah, and Lester held my sons from July 2021, to June 2022. Several times, I tried to make arrangements to get my sons out of the dump, but was refused. They had money to go to the zoo, and do other “fun things,” but refused to leave the dump. Instead, Lester put Tamzi and my sons on welfare, and Amaryah got Tamzi a job at her work location, leaving my sons alone with Lester. On page 9, a child is “autistic due to socialization issues,” has trouble sleeping, and when asked why, walks away. Somehow, “there are no problems,” despite having spent a year in a “Hazardous Environment.”

Note that Mr. LaFleur claims the child died, falling from a parked truck. However, the autopsy, forensics, and additional information clearly shows that the child died from vehicle impact. Each time their narrative fell apart from the facts, they changed their story. The seat-belts were buried under the seats, without any signs of recent use, and the social worker stated “the children have obviously been coached.”

<div>5. Amaryah had to put a restraining order on Lester. He had then used his auto to “box her in.” When the deputy told Lester he was going to arrest him, <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T1fZ_gwERp6HA0LPGtMj5NgT0O_jwUdd/view?usp=sharing" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Lester resisted</a> .

LaFleur stated they promote setting up relationships between young juvenile female members with older members because they share the same “faith”...an example given was the LaFleurs now 18 year old daughter is in a relationship with a man over 60 years old.

LaFleur’s parents moved away to Nebraska and left A. LaFleur with her two older sisters, Tamzi and Zariah Powell-Lafleur, who have also moved out of the house (Tamzi lived in Spokane Valley, Washington, with her husband, Eddie Starr, and Zariah LaFleur Powell lived in St. Maries, Idhao, with her husband, Lance Powell) and A. LaFleur lives alone with no one to care for her.

<div>Page 40 03-07-2019 – I (Deputy Vannatter) spoke to Lester LaFleur on the phone at the Benewah County sheriff’s office. Lester stated he and his wife Amaryah are the legal gaurdians of A. LaFleur, but have given power of Attorney to Zariah Powell-Lafleur and Tamzi LaFleur as Lester and Amaryah live in Omaha, Nebraska. I asked Lester who resides in Plummer with A. LaFleur. Lester stated that is not our business. Lester stated that this is all the school’s fault and he wants charges pressed against the school. Lester stated it is unconstitutional for me to ask any questions about his juvenile daughter and if I continue to press these matters down his throat, he will go to the state about it.

<div>So, why are these people given exclusive physical and legal custody of my sons? In part, it’s because it took me YEARS to get these records. My discovery request, by the lawyer Richard Register was refused. To my knowledge, he never filed his mandated report, when informed of child abuse-ngelect, which my state and federal law, is required.

<div>A witness, and cousin, Alyasha Plumstead, made an affidavit. The problem is that it’s hearsay, because over a course of not quite 10 years, she had direct interaction with my family maybe a dozen times. Thus, she lacked direct knowledge of the matters.

<div>Grandparents Jen and AJ claim an agenda in their affidavits that I have against Lester, because somehow, turning in people for child abuse-neglect is “vengeful and ungodly.” Yet, per the records I provided, Lester claims that they, along with Amaryah, run a “cult” to put young women with older men, while Jen provides an officer with records, stating Lester is an unfit parent.

<div>Not once, but twice, the LaFleurs have taken my children, keeping me out of their lives for 5 years!

State+Federal legislators; OIGs; the Senate and House Subcommitties that oversee SSA+DHHS; FBI violent crimes against children division; not only Dem+Rep state and federal, but that of indie parties like Libertarian and Constitutional; local news in Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Nebraska; online alternative news; and way too many more to list, over the years.

<div>The simplest answer is that each state gets millions (some are hundreds of millions) of federal dollars, to “admin” <a href="https://acf.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ocse/fy_2024_preliminary_report.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Titles 4d e</a> . This has been ongoing since the 1970s. This is a clear conflict on interest, where it’s in the state’s best interest—not that of our children—to put someone on child support, so that they can collect federal dollars. Many other parents, including fellow veterans, feel this is a violation of The False Claims Act, and even falls under RICO.

<div>You may recall, some while back, where former DOT Pete Buttigieg, had his children taken, based on the anonymous claim of child abuse and neglect. That is how the system works, every time. Take children, irregardless of “foster care” or “child support” and the state makes money. The only reason this one was resolved so quickly, is because of how high a profile he has. Too much attention, and people may ask: “Why take children, with no actual evidence of abuse and neglect?” “Why is there nothing done about the false claims? Would that not be malicious prosecution, or something?” “Why are there no trials by juries of our peers?” “Why is it that if you don’t specifically state you require a trial by a jury of your peers, you have automatically waived your rights? Who decided that, and why? Does that also mean if you don’t, specifically, state you require a speedy trial, that has been waived?”

<div>Have you, or someone you know, gone through divorce, and been upset that the attorney isn’t acting in your best interests? Ever seen movies, shows, etc, where even though the person is innocent, the attorney tells them to “do a little time, because it’s better?” Attorneys are licensed by the state. The state gets money from more people on child support, for as long as possible, and the state gets money, to “maintain the prisons.” That would seem to be a conflict of interest, would it not? I bring this up in various Fathers’ Rights, Family Courts, and court corruption groups on FaceBook. The attorneys never respond, and usually leave the group, and delete all their posts. Consider these “free life gifts.” irregardless of if you decide to support this crowdfunding, or not. “Forewarned is forearmed.”

<div>1. Use it to help pay for various court related costs, such as certified mail for subpoenas. <strong>UPDATE 9/3/2026</strong>, the subpoenas have been denied. Supposedly, because I need to submit them via affidavit. I wonder if it's because not only am I requiring the Sheriff, Police Department, DHHS, the intake organization regarding the hazardous material, but because I'm subpoenaing the state and federal legislator offices for oversight of the matters of Title 4D fraud, which I include requiring them to have that information, per the links above.

<div>2. Time for research, such as the fact that in the original court filing, Tamzi left out the “hazardous environment” location, which is fraud upon the court...the above are not the only records needing securing.

<div>3. Covering expenses due to fraud that take my money via “child support.” The court and DHHS have been provided the DHHS report, showing fraud, child abuse, and neglect, but DHHS refuses to move on the fraud, or do anything on it, and the motion to stay “child support,” independent of the modification hearing, has remained unanswered for almost a month. See above update. Apparently, either the court/judge is putting priority over formalities regarding abuse, neglect, and fraud, or despite being made aware, seems to be apathetic to the facts.

<div>4. Eventual counseling and other medical costs. My children have spent years with people who will hide their own abuse and neglect, redirect the blame to someone else, and actively obstruct justice. There is no telling how much harm—mental, emotional, and other—my children have suffered, for years.

<div>5. Various investments for their future, including education, mental/emotional/spiritual/other care and support, and business support, to help secure our futures.

<div>Lastly, even if you don’t donate, I ask that your talk with your county, state, and federal legislators, and ask what reforms are being done to the “family courts?” Include the above Titles 4d+E links, and ask about audits and investigations into fraud, waste, and abuse. Maybe even the state and federal OIGs.
