Chiefs Surgery Fund

I rescued chief early May this year after realizing that his previous owner was unable to take care of his serious health problems that were piling up. He had a severe UTI, stage four periodontal disease, potential prostate cancer, potential hernia, a high white blood cell count and he was about 15 pounds under weight. Chief has suffered some serious neglect in his 10 years, and I wanted to give him the best last years possible, so I asked his previous owner to surrender him to me.
When I first picked Chief up, he seemed to basically be on deaths door. Most people who I spoke to about his story told me not to bother spending the money or the time on Vets. A couple of Vets actually gave up on him and wouldn’t even do his first surgery, which was his mouth surgery. I was determined to nurse him back to health, and in the short 3 months since he has been living with me and my other rescue animals, he has come such a long way! His white blood cell count is now Normal, I have his diligent regime of plant based food, CBD oil and medicinal mushroom suppliments to thank for that not to mention ALL the Love in the world. He is an Angel. He is my other dogs best friend, he is so obedient and sweet, everyone just loves him, he is the most gentle cuddly giant with kids and he truly seems grateful that he is living this new life with us. 
I’ve never asked for a hand out with my rescue animals, but this has been a pretty large and expensive undertaking for me. This month he is scheduled for major Dental Surgery and neutering, and we have already spent about $3000 on Vet bills, medications and suppliments(not to mention I’m feeding him the best of the best dog food and he’s a 100lb Beast!) Literally anything would help, and we will appreciate anything you can offer.
