Help Chief Brian Spring Fight MDS

As many of you know, our uncle, Chief Brian Spring, is battling an unexpected and sudden diagnosis with Myelodysplastic Syndromes or MDS, a form of blood and bone marrow cancer. Brian is a leader in our community, a loving dad and husband, and a friend to many, but he plays a unique and special role in each of our lives as our uncle.  He is a steady, supportive, loving, and fun presence through everything we do. He has been our coach, an encouraging voice from behind the dugout, a source of laughs when we need them the most, and one of our biggest fans.

Uncle Brian, it’s our turn to be in your corner, to support you and show you that we are your biggest fans. We love you and know you will get through this.

Over the next several months, our uncle will undergo heavy treatments of chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant. He will be isolated for some time as his body recovers from such aggressive treatment.  While we wish there was more we could do to help him through this fight, we ask our friends and family to please contribute what you can to lighten his burden as he fights this awful disease.

All contributions will be directed to the Pequannock PBA's Chief Brian Spring Fund. Please send prayers as well.

Thank you!
